Order Cancellation


You may cancel your order and receive a full refund via the same payment method used, provided the cancellation is made before the order is accepted by the merchant or service provider.

If you wish to cancel the order after it has been accepted by the merchant and/or service provider, please contact us through the in-app chat feature to request cancellation.

LEBETAK reserves the right to refuse issuing a full or partial refund if the cancellation request is made after the order has already been accepted.

The merchant and/or service provider may also cancel the order even after you have received confirmation that it has been processed. LEBETAK and its partner merchants and/or service providers reserve the right to cancel any order, before or after acceptance, for reasons beyond their control. In such cases, you will be notified immediately of the cancellation.

Your order history will only reflect successfully completed orders. In the event of a failed online payment, the order amount will be refunded to your in-app wallet as credit, unless you request a refund to the original payment method. Refunds to the original payment source will be processed within 7 to 21 business days, depending on your bank’s policies.

For non-food sector orders, any cancellation, return, or refund must comply with the applicable consumer protection laws and regulations of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

“Non-food sector orders” refer to purchases made from merchants classified under categories such as groceries, electronics, pharmacy, health, and beauty.


Order Cancellation, Modification, or Delay (if applicable)


If a user cancels or modifies an order, any earned points or rewards from coupons (if applicable) will be deducted from the wallet balance or the member’s coupon/points account. Reward claims or points cannot be applied retroactively to previous guest orders.

The company will not be held liable for any direct or indirect consequences related to force majeure events, system failures outside its control, or any consequences arising from misuse or fraudulent use of the platform, in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
